We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Project Logistics to join our Resources & Industrials division. This position can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. You will generate Project Logistics related revenue via new and existing customer relationships, while offering project coordination support across the business. As the Business Development Manager, you will: Develop and deliver Project Logistics service offerings tailored to industry verticals. Build and manage a network of service partners to enable end-to-end logistics solutions. Support the development of commercial models that connect Toll Group services with competitive pricing. Create and execute short, medium, and long-term growth plans targeting key customers and projects. Coordinate across Toll Group services and partners to deliver integrated logistics solutions. Promote customer excellence and drive revenue growth in targeted sectors. About you To be successful in this role, you will need: 8–10 years’ experience in senior Project Logistics Sales or Key Account Management. Proven ability to design integrated supply chain solutions and manage national/international accounts. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and experience with top-level client interactions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across complex organisations. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Logistics (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded). Strong planning, financial acumen, and project management capabilities.
