About the Role: As a Business Development Executive, you'll focus on developing new business and generating incremental revenue opportunities within the Private, Public and NFP sectors. You will have a deep background in relational sales, the ability to develop and negotiate commercial solutions to our clients staffing and recruitment challenges and build trust quickly. This role is ideal for a proven sales executive with strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Acquire, negotiate, and develop close client relationships at all levels. Increase revenue to maximise potential through cross-selling and strategically aligned business synergies. Provide superior, personalised service to clients, understand their strategy, and develop plans to achieve their objectives. Research new leads using traditional and contemporary prospecting techniques. Convert cold calls into warm leads and new accounts into sales generators. Work closely with operational leads, monitor delivery, and provide exceptional after-sales service. Skills & Experience: Previous B2B sales/business development role to the private or public sector. Ability to create leads out of nothing. Strong account strategy and account management skills to negotiate commercial supply agreements. Exceptional understanding of KPI’s and sales target best practices. Outstanding people skills and a strong customer orientation. Genuine passion and enthusiasm for sales and business development. Experience utilising technology and prospecting tools to secure business opportunities Job Details: Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable based on experience plus incentive scheme on contribution.
