About the role As the Support Officer, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of the Coastal Works construction program by coordinating projects, managing systems and providing hands on administrative support across a range of operations. You'll work alongside managers, engineers and field teams to maintain accurate documentation, contribute to audits, and ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards. Your efforts will help drive safe, efficient and well organised construction outcomes across the region. This role offers a diverse and engaging opportunity to support infrastructure projects in a collaborative, fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, meet conflicting deadlines and complete work with a high degree of accuracy in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions. Demonstrated high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office What's on offer? Starting salary from $74,437.30 plus 12% superannuation. Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week. Scope for performance-based salary increases. Essentials Qualifications and Experience Certificate IV in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in a project support capacity. Current Class C Drivers Licence. Desirable Knowledge and experience in construction administration working on civil construction packages is preferred, however not essential. Want more information?
