Our Group includes; our Fan Experience Platform (Ticketek) that sells tickets and provides value added services, Event promoting with businesses across Touring (TEG Touring), Sport (TEG Sport), and Family Experiences (TEG Experiences) and our digital business (Ovation) which focuses on delivering seamless data-driven outcomes for our fans and partners The Role We're hiring a Business Administrator to shape live entertainment within our event promoting businesses. This role is responsible for the support and delivery of a broad range of TEG Life Like Touring and TES Live activities. The role will primarily work in conjunction with the Creative Producer, Senior Project Manager, Executive Producer, Associate Producer, Creative Director and Head of Production in the delivery of goals across international and domestic live touring shows, short run main stage theatre productions, touring events or exhibitions and other special events. Requirements What does a day in the life look like? Project Management Sales/Ticket Reporting - including Pre-Sale, On-Sale and weekly reporting to TEG upper management, co-producers and other stakeholders across multiple projects Ensure that schedules are maintained, and information is correct and distributed Book and liaise with venues for projects including rehearsal and performance requirements Budget management and spending notation through invoice coding Identify and manage potential conflicts or challenges in quality and cost-effective project delivery in liaison with the Producers Liaise with the Creative Team, Producers and project staff to assist in the delivery of all projects during the planning and performance stages Research and source suppliers and contractors, negotiating agreements and contracts while managing these relationships throughout the course of the project Work with Creative Team/s from LLT or TES Live productions to best realise proposed designs and assist the Creative Producer and Production Manager in staying across this process and assisting to ensure designs are delivered on schedule Stakeholder Management Participate in project evaluations with artists, participants & stakeholders Provide regular progress reports to the Producers, General Manager and Managing Director Develop and maintain relationships with team members, contractors and stakeholders Tour Planning & Delivery Create and coordinate ticketing builds with venues and Ticketek on new productions, as required Tour Books for national and international tours, as required Assist with planning and implementation of logistical and administrative requirements of domestic and international tours Coordinate company documents, schedules, reporting on tours and event, as required Minutes of all meetings, including action points for all team members. About you Experience in an administrative role in a theatre production role or media related industry Experience in ticketing for theatre Superb communication, both written and verbal Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and with financial concepts and budgeting management A passion for the creative industries Self-driven individual who is results-orientated and focused on opportunities and solutions Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with a large focus on attention to detail Desirable but not essential skills & expereince: A degree in theatre making, stage or production management is an advantage Experience in design publications, and relevant software programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Web design experience using Wix, CSS, HTML or Wordpress Knowledge and understanding of the Live Performance Award Other key considerations for this position Due to the nature of the entertainment industry, the position may have to work some evenings and weekends in the lead up to key projects throughout the year.
