Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gold Coast, QLD, for a Building Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with QBCC standards, and resolving on-site issues. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring progress, maintaining site documentation, and reporting to senior management.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure programme, budget, safety, and quality outcomes are achieved

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively to meet project milestones

• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through clear and proactive communication

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and QBCC compliance

• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and on-site safety practices

• Mentor and support site teams while maintaining a collaborative and productive culture

• Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence

Role Requirements:

• 5–7+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor with a proven track record in residential and community construction

• Strong capability supervising projects valued $500,000–$2M+

• In-depth knowledge of Building Codes and QBCC compliance

• Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications in Construction/Building Supervision

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver under tight deadlines

• Strong client-facing skills with a focus on quality and safety
