NQAS Powershed is a recognised leader within the agricultural, industrial and mechanical industries throughout Queensland and is a market leader in replacement parts for sugar cane harvesters globally. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who can take ownership and manage our Innisfail operation. Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing new business opportunities; Customer account management; Branch operations; Meeting/exceeding sales / profit targets; and Managing a small professional sales team. To be successful in this role you shall have: 3 years relevant experience in a comparable role; Excellent sales acumen, communication and negotiation skills; Experience using windows-based systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Pronto ect; Excellent administration skills in electronic file management, excel and word; Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, motivate and empower teams; and Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experience dealing with mechanical components, hydraulics and or heavy machinery is highly regarded. By nature you shall be a self-starter, results oriented, good-humoured and have a solid commitment in delivering outstanding customer service.
