About the role This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and experienced leader to manage a high-performing branch in Western Australia's picturesque Wheatbelt region. Our client, a long-established and highly respected agricultural equipment dealer, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of their thriving Wongan Hills operation. This branch is a recognised leader in the industry, with a stable, experienced team of approximately 30 staff across parts, service, sales, and administration. You'll be joining a company with a strong family-orientated culture, built on integrity and a commitment to excellence, with direct support from the company's senior leaders. Role responsibilities: Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring business objectives are met. Drive sales performance and cultivate strong customer relationships. Oversee financial performance, including budget management and debt control. Manage inventory levels and maintain branch assets and facilities. Lead and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance. Required skills: Proven leadership experience, ideally within a management or branch manager role. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrated strategic planning and execution capabilities. A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace. Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
