Western Sydney Based Multi Brand Diesel Sales & Service High Quality European Multinational EIP Power Solutions provides sales, service, spare parts, and support for both stationary and mobile diesel engines and gensets for customers across Sydney and regional NSW. The workshop is equipped with special tooling meeting the standards required by any engine manufacturers it services. T his new role, leading a small but expanding professional sales and service team, will drive EIP's sales and service from its Minchinbury office and workshop. In your new role you will manage an established workshop and experienced sales and workshop team to deliver excellent service and support for an established and growing customer base. You will be the face of the company in the area and will identify opportunities and provide customers with quality solutions that meet their needs. This is an independent customer facing role, but will also have ample support from head office and other locations across Australia. You will likely have a hands-on heavy diesel fitting or automotive engineering background, as well as excellent people and communication skills. You have led small teams successfully in past roles, can interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and have an entrepreneurial bent.
