Job Title: Bookkeeper/Administrative Officer Flomet Australia Pty Ltd Location: Dromana office Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm , Friday 8am to 2:30pm (open for full-time or part-time) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time About Us : We started in 1986 and have always been manufacturing flue systems ever since. We are located in Dromana with access to freeway and highways. Our team consists of long-term staff who are easy to get along. Job Overview: We are seeking a local Bookkeeper/Administrative officer to handle a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing day-to-day office operations. The position is suited to a reliable person who looks for works indoor and under great conditions. Flexible arrangements such as 4-day work week or school pick-up hours can be offered. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Duties: Record and categorize financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Prepare and process payroll Manage invoicing, billing, and collections. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. Administrative Duties: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Provide general administrative support to other team members as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
