Your key responsibilities include : Full-function bookkeeping Accounts payable and receivable Invoicing and reconciliations Reconciling bank and credit card transactions accurately and promptly Preparing BAS statements Processing payroll Maintaining up-to-date and compliant financial records Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting activities Managing emails and correspondence What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role Proficiency in accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and prioritise effectively Clear communication skills and a professional, positive approach to teamwork Sound like you?
