ROLE: Bluedoor SS&C Technical Lead LOCATION: Sydney Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior Technical Lead who brings deep expertise with the SS&C Bluedoor product and a sharp technical mindset to match. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable leading from the front — not just in code, but in design thinking, mentoring, and decision-making. As part of our broader architecture and delivery team, you’ll be instrumental in driving the successful rollout of enterprise-scale wealth management solutions. Role Requirements: Significant hands-on experience in a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or Senior Developer role working with the SS&C Bluedoor product Deep familiarity with the .NET framework , including ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, LINQ, WPF, WCF, MVC, XML Exposure to Microservices architecture and RESTful API integrations Solid experience designing, documenting, and reviewing technical solutions in complex enterprise environments Strong understanding of SQL Server or similar RDBMS , including schema design and performance tuning Proficiency with Visual Studio, TFS, and modern DevOps workflows Prior experience working in financial services, especially wealth management or superannuation, will be highly regarded.
