What You’ll Do As Beverage Supervisor, you’ll set the tone for service and operations by: Leading from the front – motivating, coaching, and guiding a passionate team. Owning the guest experience – making sure every patron leaves smiling. Keeping operations on point – managing tills, stock, and smooth day-to-day flow. Staying cool under pressure – making quick, confident decisions during busy periods. Adding your flair – bringing fresh ideas to elevate the venue and keep it thriving. Who You Are You might be: A seasoned hospitality professional with strong bar or food service experience. A natural leader who brings out the best in people. Calm, decisive, and solution-focused – even on the busiest nights. Passionate about service, with a hands-on, “let’s make it happen” attitude. Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
