Job Description As the Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our beverage vision. From curating exceptional wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings to leading a passionate team, you will oversee the entire beverage operation to ensure world-class standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to create innovative concepts, manage supplier relationships, and deliver a beverage culture that is as dynamic as our guests. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing beverage team. Oversee all beverage operations across venues and events within the hotel. Curate innovative beverage menus, from signature cocktails to premium wine lists. Manage supplier partnerships, stock control, and cost of goods. Drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management. Deliver training programs to ensure excellence in product knowledge and service. Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards. Elevate the guest experience with creative, memorable, and engaging beverage offerings.
