About the Company Well-established and profitable, the company supplies industrial additives into manufacturing / chemical related industries. Its products are sold into a wide variety of markets; from construction materials, refractory/foundry, and automotive, along with other specialty application areas such as electronics and composites. Responsibilities Building an effective sales plan and call cycle to maintain existing sales and highlight priorities for business development Develop and manage relationships across Australia and New Zealand, including end clients and distributors Account management of existing clients and exploring opportunities for further use of company products Development of new business, via market research and effective targeting of new customers Product & sales training to support international distributors and their sales teams Technical support and providing answers to product use and applications Forecasting sales Building relationships across client businesses to support purchasing, production and R&D functions Track competitor activity and stay ahead of industry trends Reporting on results and future sales opportunities Regular travel across Australia and New Zealand Who are you? An experienced sales executive within the chemicals raw materials market (or related industries), with a track record of success You have exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) A great eye for detail Organised and able to manage market/budget planning, execution, reporting and analysis of results and future opportunities Able to discuss technical solutions and options with customers Professional presentation and training skills Technical background and relevant experience would be highly regarded Saunders Lynn and Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of the construction, industrial and manufacturing markets.
