Zarraffa's Coffee Acacia Ridge has positions available for Baristas in Training, Traineeships and Juniors to join their enthusiastic team. Baristas in Training and Juniors responsibilities will include: Amazing Customer Service Making Coffee Cleaning and other duties as directed Barista Traineeship responsibilities include: Impeccable customer service ensuring customers receive their order quickly and accurately Maintaining cleanliness of the store and completing equipment maintenance tasks as required Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to Zarraffa’s brand standards Follow all Food Safety and WH&S guidelines and procedures Attributes and experience required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn The positions are casual, a seven-day flexibility is required, including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes. Full training and support will be provided for the roles, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees. The school based traineeships can receive a cert 3 in business or hospitality.
