Elwood Bakery & Cafe Position : Full Time Location : Elwood VIC Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 a year Elwood Bakery & Cafe prides itself on their delicious cakes, bread & pastries made from quality ingredients with traditional recipes. Their products range from traditional Italian sweets to traditional Australian cakes and savoury pastries with a large choice of pies, pasties, sausage rolls, quiches and etc. The also provide catering for lunch functions and parties. Elwood Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Baker to join their creative team. The Role As a Baker you will need to possess the following: Preparation of pastry and fillings Dough mixing Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times Inspecting quality of products throughout production process. Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding, apply with occupational health and safety regulations. Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
