In this role, you will: Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers’ calendars. Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options. Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
