We’re looking for an Associate Director to join the Client Engagement team within Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS), a key pillar of the Institutional Bank. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead strategic bid and tender responses and support broader sales enablement activities that showcase our capabilities to clients. This role is suited to someone with strong bid/pursuit management experience and a proven ability to deliver high-quality sales materials and content aligned with customer needs and internal standards. This is a permanent fulltime role based in Sydney or Melbourne. What do I need? We're seeking someone with experience in bid/pursuit management or sales enablement, ideally within financial services, consulting, or professional services. You’ll be a persuasive writer and confident project manager who can coordinate across multiple stakeholders, while ensuring all outputs are customer-focused, compliant, and high quality. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Strong experience leading bids, tenders, or large client pursuits across complex stakeholders A deep understanding of the sales cycle and institutional customer engagement Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling sales material Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Suite skills (SharePoint, Figma, JIRA, and AI tools are a plus) Why join us?
