Job Description Join our dynamic Major Projects Advisory team and be a key contributor to our infrastructure and commercial transactions initiatives. We specialize in enhancing the value and optimizing the performance of assets across infrastructure and complex real estate. As an Associate, you'll work directly with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in asset management and investment strategy. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Associate with 3-5 years of experience in investment management, advisory, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling expertise, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to support asset management strategies for real estate, infrastructure, and other real assets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to assess asset performance and valuation. Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk assessments to guide investment decisions. Assist in preparing materials for investment committees and executive recommendations. Monitor key operational and financial metrics for assets under management. Support the development and execution of value-add strategies (e.g., asset repositioning, cost optimization). Collaborate with external stakeholders, including property managers, operators, and consultants, to align strategies with business goals. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for investment committees, clients, and senior leadership. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates for investors and key partners. Assist in drafting investment memos, asset performance summaries, and market research reports. Foster strong relationships with investors, lenders, and joint venture partners. Support the due diligence process and manage data requests. Address investor queries and provide regular updates on asset performance. Conduct research on market trends and sector-specific opportunities in real estate and infrastructure, identifying potential acquisition or divestment opportunities based on this market analysis. Track macroeconomic and regulatory factors that impact asset performance.
