The Perks: $75K-$100K salary package based on experience Earn quarterly bonuses for hitting your KPIs Company mobile phone provided to keep you connected Access to comprehensive HR support and employee wellbeing programs Mental health support plans designed to help you thrive Work under strong, supportive leaders who put culture first Join a fun, inclusive team with regular social events Thrive in a diverse, welcoming, and people-first office environment The Position: In the role of Assistant Property Manager/ Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties Liaise with landlords and tenants in a professional and timely manner Oversee maintenance, repairs, lease renewals, and compliance Represent landlords at NCAT when required Work closely with two assistants who provide support with routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections The Person: The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager will have: Knowledge of PropertyMe and InspectRealEstate software will be highly regarded but not essential Sound knowledge of the real estate processes, including legislation and regulations Exceptional customer service and organisational skills - a genuine focus on helping both landlords and tenants Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Class 2 license A local or good knowledge of the Wollongong market A real nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative tasks Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle This role is new and exclusive to P3 Recruitment.
