This newly created position is based in our Melbourne Northwest office and offers excellent career development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Managing a complex payroll and EBA’s Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Rolling out and managing a new application that will be used by employees Job costing, and bookkeeping using Xero Reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulations About You We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with: A bachelor’s degree in accounting Experience with complex payroll and EBAs is essential 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with commercial and business awareness Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Excellent communication What’s in It for You?
