The office-based (East Bentleigh) as the Assets & Equipment Coordinator you will: Coordinate the allocation, tracking and maintenance scheduling of company assets and equipmentMaintain accurate asset registers and inventory databasesMonitor asset usage, servicing needs, and compliance requirementsSupport procurement processes and liaise with suppliers and service providersAssist in asset audits and contribute to process improvements for equipment managementProvide frontline support to field teams regarding equipment availability and functionality About You We’re looking for someone who: Has strong organisational and administrative skillsCommunicates clearly and works well across teamsHas experience with asset or inventory management (preferred)Is proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing prioritiesHolds a current driver’s licence (desirable) Why join us?
