We are seeking Accounts Receivable Customer ServiceOfficers to provide solution focused outcomes as part of our customer contact centre. We currently have opportunities for full-time/part time - permanent, or full time - fixed term (ending June 2026) located at Blackburn/ Doncaster. About The Role Reporting to the Team Leader AR Customer Service, responsibilities include but not limited to: Resolve consumer (patient) billings for Ambulance Victoria Service (AV) fees, including via phone, web-portal, and email correspondence Provide a high standard of customer service engagement identifying customers' needs Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, supported by monitoring of performance dashboards and workload Maintain compliance, accuracy and confidentiality of records associated with customer account details Develop and foster constructive and effective working relationships within the team and across the wider AV About You To be considered for this position you will possess: Certificate in Business/Finance or equivalent (desirable) Proven customer service skills with an ability meet performance call handling targets High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control Strong verbal communication skills to engage professionally with internal and external customers Intermediate Microsoft office suite competence level including Word and Excel Working at Ambulance Victoria As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
