The Role The Role We are seeking a highly motivated BUSINESS Application Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the application development, support and operations team for Berkley’s core enterprise administration solution used throughout all Asia Pacific businesses, Graile. This is NOT a traditional IT Application Product Owner / Project Manager role. Instead, this position is deeply embedded in the business, acting as the voice of the customer and the champion of business value . You will work closely with stakeholders to shape the product vision, define priorities, and ensure that Graile continues to evolve as a mission-critical platform that drives strategic outcomes . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about long-term product ownership and delivering sustained business value—not just moving from one IT project to the next. It requires a commitment to continuously evolving and enhancing a critical business application that underpins core operations. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping the future of Graile, ensuring it remains aligned with strategic goals and continues to deliver meaningful outcomes over time. Your ability to lead, engage stakeholders, and drive ongoing improvements will be key to the platform’s success.
