What You'll Be Doing: Customer focused mindset - Providing outstanding customer service. Ability to guide customers through the entire sales process, from enquiry to delivery. Managing leads and following up on customer enquiries. Teamwork - Opening and preparing the dealership for daily operations. Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business. Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Working About You: Previous automotive sales experience highly regarded. Proven ability to deliver exceptional service and close deals. Target-driven with a hunger to succeed. A strong team player who contributes to a positive culture. Motivated to learn, grow, and develop new skills. Positive, professional, and passionate about cars and customer experience.
