The key duties of the position include This position sits within the Strategy, Planning and Performance Division and is part of the Digital Capability Planning Branch. The Advisor, Workforce Planning is responsible for providing advice and expertise in the implementation of key action areas under the APS Data, Digital and Cyber Workforce plan. Please note: This role may require interstate travel from time to time. Key duties Provide expertise and technical knowledge in workforce planning initiatives and implementation. Evaluate the effectiveness of action items as they are implemented. Monitor changes to the environment that may impact digital workforce planning. Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve agency and APS goals. Maintain internal and external networks. Lead engagement across the DTA to make connections and inform the digital services external stakeholders on issues relating to cross-cutting or strategic policy issues.
