As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations while gaining exposure to ATO/ASIC compliance, internal processes, and team support. Key Responsibilities: Managing reception, answering phones, and welcoming clients Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating calendars Managing mail, couriers, deliveries, and stationery supplies Supporting with ATO/ASIC documentation and corporate compliance admin Filing, scanning, document prep, and database maintenance Maintaining a professional and tidy office environment Assisting directors and the wider team with general administrative tasks You will have: Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative support role Experience in an accounting or professional services environment (preferred) Proficiency in NowInfinity, HandiSoft, SmartDocs, and Microsoft Office (preferred) Understanding of ATO/ASIC compliance processes (highly regarded) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Clear, confident communication and a polished, professional presentation A proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong client service focus Sounds like your ideal role?
