Sales Administration Officer | Lifeline Employment Term: Casual, offering approximately two days per week (preferably Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) and supporting during holiday periods or unplanned leave. As a Sales Administration Officer , you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered, contributing to the meaningful work of Queensland’s leading charity retail brand . Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services. Your part in our Lifeline team Joining our administration team at Geebung you will provide support to the wider team on a casual basis, assisting on a wide range of tasks including: Maintaining and facilitating Rag Sales including tasks such as; managing call lists, taking customer orders and managing accounts receivable accounts Assisting with financial duties including processing invoices, receipts, and administering petty cash when required Reception duties, ensuring the delivery of high standard customer service to both external and internal customers Stationary orders, ticketing and supporting the shops with timesheets and payroll, honorariums, orders or any other administrative tasks they may require assistance with What makes a difference for us? To be successful for this role you will need to be/have: Provide exceptional customer service including greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming and tidy reception. Prepare reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office and/or other business software, along with the maintenance of databases and other recording/information systems Support our retail stores with the production of tickets and sundry administration needs Work with Purchasing and inventory control systems as required Embrace the organisation’s mission, values and future directions Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time, meeting performance expectations and personal deadlines for projects or other work-related tasks What makes a difference for you?
