About you: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our People & Payroll sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients and serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring seamless experience and driving client satisfaction and retention. Your role will also include finding new business, cross-selling opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. Day-to-day, you will be focused on: Understanding client needs, proactively identifying solutions, along with developing strong productive relationships. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure needs are met for clients - conducting regular business meetings to review performance, opportunities and addressing challenges. Achieving targets & growth objectives, monitoring account health - taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent churn. Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals and reports, whilst staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, to provide strategic guidance to clients. Your skills and experiences might also include: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 or 3 years experience in a B2B sales or account management/ customer service role within the IT or SaaS industry - with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools. What are we all about?
