This is a relationship-first role that blends people skills with process. You’ll juggle phone calls, bookings, and compliance, while also visiting schools to build lasting partnerships. Expect variety in your day, including: Match the right educator to the right classroom, fast - by managing daily bookings and placement coordination Keep systems and records sharp and compliant with up-to-date data entry and reporting Support educators through every step of their journey, from onboarding to feedback conversations—with empathy and clarity Collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared goals and exceed service expectations Build and grow strong client partnerships, both new and existing—by visiting schools, understanding their unique needs, and earning their trust What you’ll need Experience in recruitment, account management or a service-based sales role Excellent phone and communication skills Strong attention to detail and comfort with data accuracy Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in education and supporting others Full working rights in Australia, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working with Children Check Flexibility to work rotating shifts including early starts and occasional evenings/weekends About us anzuk Education is a global education recruitment agency active in Australia, the UK, USA, New Zealand and Canada.
