Do work that matters: As an Account Manager in this high performing team, you will work closely with Relationship Executive and Associates to support the needs of a number of portfolios within the Major Client Group. This outstanding opportunity focuses on supporting the banking requirements of our new and existing clients, managing stakeholders and assisting in tasks required for deal execution, whilst supporting Relationship Executives in developing new business opportunities. In this role you will have a high level of exposure to client support and will play a key role within the Relationship team. Your passion for customer service and focus on being number one in client satisfaction will see you stand out in this role. You will also gain great exposure to the credit and analytical elements of this team and the opportunity to work on highly complex transactions. More specifically, you will: Assist in completing annual reviews and changes for existing clients including managing and documenting applications within agreed arrangements; Onboard new customers including AML/KYC verification and processes Coordinate deal execution from documentation to funding, in accordance with policy and procedures. This includes undertaking post-approval tasks. Work closely with the Relationship Executive and Analyst with the preparation of credit submissions for new facilities to ensure the timely delivery of decisions, and coordination of deal execution through documentation and funding to ensure efficient delivery of client requirements; and Build and maintain effective working relationships with the dedicated support teams, Risk Management, Global Markets, Banking Products, Asset Finance Specialists and Specialist Distribution and ensure the portfolio team deliver exceptional insights and services to its client(s) Deliver exceptional customer service in all dealings, as reflected in a positive lift in various survey results Identify and liaise with relevant product specialists on idea and solution development Play a key role in ensuring accuracy of information on source systems Complete complex / risk / lending maintenance Get involved, engaged and participate in the Service and Sales framework including sales meetings, team debriefs and other associated activities We want to hear from you if you have: Client service experience ideally in a corporate, commercial or business banking environment; Experience analysing credit risks, and desire to continue to develop this knowledge; Strong communication, systems and process skills; The composure and drive to commit to meeting tight transaction deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Initiative and a can-do attitude, along with the drive to quickly develop new skills; and A degree in a related discipline is desired, and previous property industry experience would be ideal, although not essential This is an outstanding opportunity to build and progress your career in a growing and successful business.
