Description The Role Assist in managing clients’ general insurance programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings Monitor and work in conjunction with the offshore Operations Support team in Mumbai to ensure the preparation and processing of renewal documentation and tax invoices Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems, facilities, and databases Manage policy documents and reports Issue client certificates of placement, policy wordings, and certificates of currency Assist with collection reports through effective debtor management Adhere to all compliance requirements, business processes, company policies, and procedures Maintain comprehensive and detailed reporting and records management Assist in developing and enhancing existing policies and procedures Qualifications The Requirements A desire to build a career with a leading global broking and advisory company Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail Proven customer service skills Ability to prioritise work effectively Ideally hold a Certificate III in Insurance Broking, have completed FSRA Tier 2 training, or demonstrate a commitment to complete one of these qualifications.
