The key duties of the position include What is the General Employment Register used for? We are seeking highly motivated applicants to tell us about the skills, experience and qualifications they can bring to the ACCC/AER by submitting a general expression of interest for employment opportunities. The ACCC/AER will access the register to source appropriately skilled and experienced individuals as an alternative to advertising. If a position comes up, we will review the applications to see if someone has what we need. You will only be contacted if a vacancy arises that suits your attributes, skills and experience. Opportunities may arise across all areas of the agency's work, including competition, product safety, consumer, fair trading, mergers, the National Anti-Scam Centre, and energy regulation. We are often seeking expertise in legal, regulation, investigations, analysis, economics, digital and data, IT, communications, governance, or project management. ACCC/AER may use this register to fill vacancies between APS1 - EL2 classification levels. The classification of roles is based on the APS Work Level Standards .
