About Us: Icehouse Logistics is a 3PL Warehousing & Transport Service Provider. We provide logistics opportunities for warehouse & transport solutions from our QLD, SYD, MEL warehouses and container yards distributing product to major retailers & manufacturers. The Role: We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to manage key administrative tasks that support our warehouse operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! This position will be initially casual with view to permanent, Monday to Friday on site 8am-4pm, with an immediate start for the right person, based at our new pristine facility in Wacol. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry for warehouse operations Manage inbound receipt entry into internal systems Coordinate and book delivery timeslots Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders Liaise with warehouse staff and transport teams for smooth operations What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience in a 3PL warehouse administration role Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with warehouse management systems (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
