About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter to join a reputable and supportive team based in Artarmon, NSW . This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in customer satisfaction, and is eager to build a long-term career in the automotive glazing industry. You'll gain valuable skills and qualifications while working alongside experienced professionals - learning everything from glass chip repairs to advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) recalibrations. Key Requirements Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing A valid driver's licence (manual driving experience preferred) A reliable, motivated, and positive attitude A strong focus on safety, detail, and customer experience Retail or automotive knowledge is an advantage but not essential Skills and Experience Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Eagerness to learn both the technical and customer-facing sides of the trade Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Benefits Starting wage: $28 per hour (first-year apprentice rate) Fast-track program - become qualified within 12 months Ongoing training, mentor-ship, and career growth opportunities Flexible scheduling , penalty rates, and overtime available Tool and uniform provision , plus incentive and recognition programs Post-qualification benefits including discounts, gift cards, short courses, and internal career pathways About the Company Our client is a well-established windscreen repair and replacement specialist with a strong nationwide presence.
