About the Role Are you a reliable and physically fit individual looking to build your career in the window and door industry? We're looking for an Installer Labourer to join a professional and hardworking team, assisting with on-site installations of aluminium windows and doors and supporting factory operations when required. What You'll Be Doing Assisting tradespeople with the installation of aluminium windows and doors on-site Handling and preparing materials, ensuring they are ready for installation Performing manual lifting, fitting, and assembly tasks safely and efficiently Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition Supporting factory operations when required, including assembly, packing, or general labour duties Ensuring worksites are clean, organised, and safe at all times Working collaboratively with the installation team to deliver high-quality results About You Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour Previous experience in window and door installation, construction, or factory work Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Willing to learn and follow instructions from experienced installers Possess a current driver's licence and reliable transport Safety-conscious with a positive, team-oriented attitude What's in it for you?
