Synergie is seeking Weighbridge Operator for an industry-leading waste management company located in Homebush. The important parts: Shift: Day shift – Monday to Friday Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay rate: $37.08 per hour Start Date: Immediate start available – long-term opportunity! What you will be required to do: Operate weighbridge systems to accurately record vehicle weights. Check and verify load documentation for compliance. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing loads. Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures Assist with general administrative tasks as required. To be successful in the role you will: Previous experience in weighbridge operations or similar role preferred. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of waste industry processes advantageous.
