Job Description We are seeking a Graduate to Mid-Level Water Engineer to join our growing Water team in Queensland. We welcome candidates who are early in their career through to those with up to 4 years of consulting experience. You will work closely with the Director – Water Recourses & Flooding and be supported by over 100 technical experts nationally. This role offers hands-on project exposure, mentoring, and the opportunity to develop strong technical capability in hydrology, hydraulics and water resources engineering. Specifically: Support assessments of water-related impacts including hydrology, flooding and water quality for infrastructure, development and environmental projects. Assist in conceptual and detailed design of civil and stormwater infrastructure such as drainage systems, basins, dams, earthworks and overland flow management. Contribute to the preparation of engineering reports, drawings, modelling outputs, specifications and cost estimates. Undertake hydrologic and hydraulic modelling tasks with support from senior engineers, learning industry-standard tools and methodologies. Assist with project coordination, documentation and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
