Amstel Medical Centre , a busy and well-established (30 years) GP-owned family practice in Cranbourne, is seeking a dedicated Vocational Registered GP to join our team. We offer excellent remuneration and a professional, supportive environment focused on work-life balance. Key Offerings: Remuneration: 70% of billings. Expect $400K for full-time hours. Incentive Billing: Receive a 50% share of the 12.5% billing incentive (a significant benefit your current practice may not offer). Retainer: Initial 2-month retainer of $180 per hour. Schedule: Flexible hours with no weekend or public holiday work . Support: Highly supportive nursing, reception, and onsite allied health team (including Dietitian and Physiotherapist). Opportunity: We currently have no female GP and strongly encourage applications from female practitioners to meet patient demand. What We Need Current Vocational Registration (FRACGP or equivalent). Ability to work Full-Time or Part-Time hours. Commitment to providing high-quality, continuous patient care in a busy family practice setting.
