About the Role This role will support the head winemaker in all stages of wine production, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with safety and operational standards, as well as: Perform cellar operations to support quality wine production under supervision Follow instructions and complete tasks once trained and competent Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with company procedures Use personal protective equipment and attend required training sessions Record operational data accurately in log sheets and notes Why Join Us?
