Contour Medprep: Reshaping medical preparation with a proven, step-by-step pathway through the UCAT, interviews, and admissions, led by a team of 100 medical students. Contour TestPrep: Reshaping test preparation, starting with the selective entry exam, through rigorous tutoring, mock exams, and data-driven feedback to give students a decisive advantage. What You Will Do Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social and video content Film and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, ads) Manage and grow Contour’s social media presence, including posting, captions, and community engagement Capture authentic student and tutor stories that reflect Contour’s mission and brand Repurpose long-form videos (e.g. podcasts) into engaging short clips for social media Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Academics teams to ensure all content is on-brand and high-impact Liaise with our external video editing agency for larger projects and final production Support creative logistics such as event videography, headshots, and internal shoots What You Will Bring Experience with the Australian high school system, either as a student or tutor 1–2 years of experience creating video content for TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms Hands-on filming experience (camera or smartphone), with knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound Strong creative storytelling ability, you can take an idea and turn it into a compelling video Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and audiences Collaborative mindset - comfortable working with students, tutors, and staff on shoots Proactive and independent, able to take ownership and constantly pitch new ideas Bonus: Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) or experience with photography Why You Will Love It Here High impact: Your content will directly shape how thousands of students see and engage with Contour Creative freedom: You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, test, and bring fresh ideas to life Career growth: Clear pathway to evolve into a future Content Lead or Senior Creative role Flexible environment: Hybrid work setup with trust, collaboration, and creative ownership Competitive package: Salary super, EAP, lifestyle perks, and extra leave benefits A mission that matters: Join a team passionate about transforming education in Australia How to Apply Apply now with your CV and a short paragraph about why you’d make a great Videographer/ Content Creator at Contour.
