About the Position This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of daily operations in a busy, stable regional hotel. With a salary of $85-100K (depending on experience), you'll build strong relationships with the local community, guide a small but committed team, and ensure the venue remains a welcoming, well-run hub for regulars and visitors alike. Position Description Oversee daily venue operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and entertainment Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards Manage rostering, wage control, and labor efficiency Monitor stock, ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory processes Maintain compliance across RSA, RCG, WHS, and licensing requirements Drive a positive workplace culture and uphold strong customer service standards Position Requirements Proven experience in venue management or a senior supervisory role Strong operational understanding of bar, bistro, and gaming Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and venue performance effectively RSA and Advanced RCG Certificate required Current Approved Managers (Licensee) course certification Venue Manager | Lead a busy regional pub with strong support, a great lifestyle, and full operational autonomy in Deniliquin.
