Key responsibilities Outbound calls to TSA sites to validate Inventory report. Organise data into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently. Cross-check and verify data accuracy to maintain a high level of data integrity. Exercise meticulous attention to detail in data entry, verification, and validation processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, always adhering to confidentiality protocols. Qualifications and skills (desired/required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Great telephone skills & customer service orientation Able to work independently. Attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate Accountability: Takes responsibility and is accountable for own actions in line with TSA policies and procedures; shows care and respect in the efficient use of TSA funds, property, equipment and resources; supports and acts in compliance with the records, information and knowledge management requirements of TSA. Think Analytically and Solve Problems: Finds and checks information needed to complete own work tasks; shares ideas about ways to improve work tasks and solve problems; identifies ways to improve systems or processes which are used by the team/unit/department. Background check requirements Background checks play an important part in our commitment to being a safe organisation. Where an applicant has disclosable history, the selection process includes a fair assessment and a risk management approach. Collection of personal information is handled per our privacy and confidentiality policies. Below is what is required for this role: As this role involves dealing with confidential information, it requires a Police Check Development opportunities with this role This role will give volunteers an opportunity to continue to develop skills and build experience in administration, use of systems and software, reporting and some volunteer engagement activities. Additionally, there will be access to a range of training opportunities and insight to the work of a large not-for-profit religious organisation with expressions in many different areas of society.
