They have a vacancy for an experienced and hands-on Used Car or Pre Owned Sales Manager to head up their Used Car Department. The dealership trades 7 days and a 10 day fortnight roster applies. The franchise is strong selling and the dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream and a friendly working environment. Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a Franchised Dealership Used Car or Pre Owned Sales Manager. You will have strong people handling, financial, organisational, sales and closing skills, be seeking a long term position and have the drive and energy to motivate your team for maximum effect. You will be hands-on, working with customers as well as directing your sales staff. Salary will consist of a retainer from $70k - $80k depending on previous experience, super, commission structure and company car. On Target Earnings should be around $150k.
