Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Turbine Engine Technician to join our team in Wagga Wagga . If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard. Your role In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Diagnose faults, inspect, test, and reassemble turbine engine components to approved standards. Maintain compliance with CASA and company quality systems and procedures. Lead day-to-day operations within the turbine engine workshop (for management-level candidates). Provide mentoring and supervision to junior engineers and technicians. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on turbine engines (Saab 340 platform). The essential requirements Trade-qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Turbine discipline). Demonstrated experience in turbine engine repair and overhaul. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Include any essential information about shift times, salary contingencies, etc. Additional qualifications Previous experience working on Saab 340 engines (GE CT7 series). Leadership or management experience within an MRO or engine workshop environment. Ability to supervise staff, manage workload, and maintain production efficiency.
