About the Role We're hiring a Ticketing Operations Manager in Tasmania to deliver excellence within our ticketing pillar. This role is responsible for overseeing the ticketing operations, with a focus on maximising revenue generation through inventory management, creative ticketing solutions, and marketing integration within the overall tour plan. Requirements Provide operational excellence throughout the entire event lifecycle, including but not limited to, management of onsale plans and event builds for all Ticketek venues in Tasmania, followed by on-site support for the venues on their event days. Ensure excellent relationship management with Ticketek's Tasmanian clients, acting as the initial contact point for all relevant stakeholders, as well as being an excellent representative of TEG. Providing specialist training and support for Tasmanian clients who are using Ticketek products and services; introducing new technologies to the venues, to ensure they are receiving up to date rollouts and new product information. Show commercial leadership by finding and developing strategic development opportunities for Ticketek and TEG businesses in Tasmania, as well as supporting existing clients with ticketing strategies, marketing initiatives, and other opportunities to drive revenue for their businesses About you (Essential experience & skills) Expert Communicator & Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships using exceptional verbal and written communication. Sharp Commercial and Financial Acumen: High-level commercial awareness, understanding client business needs and financial performance drivers for Ticketek, combined with the ability to understand budgets and overall financial operations. Ticketing & Live Event Expertise: Deep knowledge of ticketing systems and processes, coupled with industry understanding of event promotion, event administration, and venue management. Innovative & Adaptable Problem Solver: Demonstrated creativity and adaptability to mould to an ever-changing environment and develop effective solutions to operational issues and changes in client needs. Other key considerations for this role -Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend. -Domestic travel to event locations may be required.
