Terminal Operator / Reach Stacker Operator – Melbourne Freight Terminal Permanent Full-Time Rotating Roster - Day and Night Training Provided Every day, Pacific National moves the goods that keep Australia moving – from intermodal containers to coal, steel, and bulk commodities. We’re now on the lookout for a safety-focused, hands-on Terminal Operator / Reach Stacker Operator to join our team at the Melbourne Freight Terminal. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing, inclusive team that plays a critical role in keeping freight moving across the country. What You’ll Do Operate Reach Stackers and other terminal equipment to load/unload containerised rail freight and trucks Work in a 24/7 rail yard environment on a rotating shift roster Ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations at all times Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets What You’ll Bring C Class Driver’s Licence (essential) High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) Experience operating Reach Stackers or working in a terminal/warehouse environment (advantageous) Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude A proactive approach and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
