About the Role We’re currently seeking a service-focused and experienced Technology Trainer to join a leading professional services organisation. This is a key role within their corporate services team, supporting staff across the business through high-quality training, hands-on assistance, and process improvement initiatives. As the Technology Trainer, you’ll be responsible for empowering employees to make the most of their technology tools, ensuring confidence, efficiency, and consistency in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led classroom and one-on-one training across a range of technology applications. Provide support and advice to staff, both in person and remotely. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently, offering clear guidance and follow-up. Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and FAQs. Support the rollout of new systems and processes, including user training and documentation. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and digital adoption across the firm. About You Strong experience training and supporting users in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word (2010/2013), including formatting, styles, templates, and cross-referencing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others learn. A proactive and approachable attitude, with strong problem-solving ability. Experience in customer service, learning & development, or professional services environments is highly regarded.
