Join a large enterprise undergoing a major transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 — and play a key role in shaping seamless end-to-end business outcomes. We're looking for someone who’s analytical, detail-driven and confident engaging stakeholders across the business to support the successful delivery of this high-impact workplace upgrade project. What You’ll Be Doing In this hands-on, delivery-focused role, you will: Lead requirements gathering across multiple business units and document clear As-Is and To-Be processes Facilitate workshops with SMEs, technical teams and end users to define requirements and explore solution options Support data mapping , workflows and business process documentation Work closely with technical teams to support configuration changes and identify improvements Produce end-user self-service materials and support change-related activities Assist business stakeholders with UAT and ensure full requirements traceability Actively contribute to continuous improvement , process optimisation and automation opportunities Collaborate with the Change Manager on change collateral , communications and adoption strategies Engage confidently with Business Users, Architects, DBAs, Testers, SMEs and external vendors This role offers variety, complexity, and the chance to make a visible impact during a critical enterprise technology uplift. Must have skills and experience: You will bring strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
