Senior Technical Business Analyst (Encryption) Must Have Skills • Encryption& Cryptography Expertise Deep understanding of encryption standards (AES, RSA, TLS), key management, and secure data transmission protocols. • Technical Requirement Gathering & Documentation Ability to translate complex security and encryption needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Assessment Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and experience in assessing encryption-related risks and controls. Nice to Have Skills: • Understanding of Encryption Standards: Familiarity with AES, RSA, ECC, TLS/SSL, and PKI. • Data Privacy & Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001, and other data protection regulations. • Cryptographic Key Management: Experience with key lifecycle management, HSMs (Hardware Security Modules), and secure key storage. • Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment: Ability to identify vulnerabilities and assess risks in encrypted systems. • Security Architecture Knowledge: Understanding how encryption fits into broader enterprise security frameworks
